[Resolved] Pepsico India — wrong commitment leading to business loss | |||
Hi team, I am not sure if everyone in pepsi sector 41, noida has left the job however i thought it is of no use anymore to contact these guys again as they have been trying to fool us as merchant after making false commitments. We have been regular merchant for pepsi since years and worked with nitin agarwal and couple other folks earlier really well however working with anunya this time has been a nightmare unlike previous events which went smooth. We ordered stock for an event and there was some stock delivered which was not ordered with commitment that same shall be picked up back after the event & then stock which was not utilised due to less footfall and i have personally spoken to anunya chaudhary & raghavendra both of whom agreed and committed to refresh or pick up stock and re-distribute under good relationships as we do not have too much consumption in our direct stores and stock was prone to expire if not taken care off at earliest. Basis there commitment, i even had all the distributed stock reconcilled at our noida sector 41 location from greater noida and other outlets of our however teams came at least 10 times, checked stock and left commiting that they will pick up next day in new vehicle which is still not done and now we have so much stock pilled up in our base kitchen occupying space and no longer o[censored]se due to so much delay and no one among both team members now responds to calls & emails. The limit is that the vendor also does not agree to send us new stock for the outlets as he is well aware of the default and does not want to send anyone.
