I PAID Rs 15500 towards ORDER#PPD-SX[protected]XX DATED 26DEC2023 but till date the seller has not delivered item nor responded to 24 email reminder

I want full refund and feel cheated by seller,...

Have order one perfume on 25th Dec 2023 and it's been 1 month now and haven't received the product. Have dropped many messages and many mails but no one responding back.

I have placed an order PPI-SX[protected]XX on December 30th and paid online. However, its not fulfilled yet. Its been 3 weeks and despite multiple attempts to contact customer care, I didnt receive any response back from them....

I was only delivered two products out of these 3 and both of them were counterfeit replica products so I asked Ashish Jha to place a return request and also mentioned not to ship oud for greatness as I was sure it will be fake as well. He scheduled the return and it’s been more than two...

I ordered two burberry weekend perfumes on Oct 13, 2023 against order number -PPI-SX[protected]XX; They gave a dummy blue dart way bill number the very next day. However, when I called Blue dart, they told that they didnt receive any product to be shipped. Having waited for 45 days and sent 3 reminders with no response, I am now concerned if i will get this order delivered. Request immediate action to receive my product or atleast refund...

Order no ORDER #PPI-SX[protected]XX was placed on 15/Oct. Since then the product which was in stock hasn't been shipped till now & the customer care has stopped responding to emails & whatsapp messages....

Have not received 1 items of the ordered 5 items
- ZARA SEOUL EDT FOR MEN 100ML(100ML) BY ZARA-100ML-EAU DE PARFUM FOR #MEN × 1 #UNBXED - 100ML

Also 1 of the items ordered is broken from the spraying part

I purchased Dunhill perfume from them online
Due to non delivery and delay in delivery and non responsiveness I asked for refund.
They told they issue refund but they did not do neither replied on chat or mail and on phone very poor response from their Ahmedabad physical showroom

Order was placed around a month back vide Order ID PPI-SX[protected]XX.

There have been no update regarding the delivery . Upon constantly following up with them they replied after a month that the product is not in stock.

I request them to cancel it & refund the amount of 2200 rs. Since then they are neither refunding the amount nor replying to any emails and msgs.

Help me get my amount refunded...

Their service has gone worst. My order #ppi-sx[protected]xx still haven't arrived yet which was placed on 01/10/23. I tried to contact them in every possible way, every single day but nobody is there to respond....

I have paid Rs 2600/ for Alexa OG perfume on 24/09/2023 and order has been confirmed by project perfumery Co with order No .PPI-SX[protected]XX. But till now I have not yet received any parcel. I also send msg via Instagram but all in vain....
