Projekt Perfumery India — non receipt of product delivery in colombia | |||
I had ordered perfumes (Armaf window and armaf craze) with order no. # 18545 on november 30. I completed the online payment. The product has not been delivered to date. I have contacted repeatedly through emails and filed a complaint through chats on their website. It does not respond while online. Once you order a product, you receive an email from a gentleman of perfumery.in the email of the subject, he mentions contacting him in case of any problem, however, regardless of the amount of emails he sends, he will never receive a response. I no longer receive a response from the representative via chat. I want the money back. I received an email from them indicating that the product had been shipped, with a bluedart tracking number. But it doesn't say where i send it and it's just a perfume, i don't think it's an international guide to colombia. This amounts to online fraud and cybercrime. Request if the same can be resolved.
