I have applied for my provisional and degree certificate through study centre (Saraswati college) andheri mumbai in january 2019 for msc microbiology, but till date i have not yet received.
I am continuously follow up with study centre but they are not replied in positively.
Also sent email to university but didn't get any response.
It's very difficult to connect with responsible o[censored]niversity.

How to get my origin certificates from your university, pl give suggestions

I completed my exam for MSC in January 2019. I received only mark list from the university through a postal service in the first week of May 2019. I am waiting for the provisional and convocation. Nobody is responded to my phone at the university. No information or updates on their website regarding that. There are no procedures applying through online for provisional or convocation. Study centre asked me to wait as they would send it from the university through postal.
