My name is Tamilarasi M. I completed BA(Tamil) degree on 2015 through distance education.I was given the degree certificate only after receiving the No due certificate.

But when i appled tamil medium certificate, The fine was said to be Rs.500.However I paid the amount they said.(Enclosed receipt below).
But I have not been certified for ten days.They did not response my call to the office daily for a week for this.

Now, I am in a urgent to apply for the PG TRB examination. So, I very politely ask yours to help me by providing tamil medium certificate.
