Dear sir / madam,
I am living in one of the rural area of maharashtra. Where there is no mobile service provider network available nor bsnl land line services available. We requested bsnl to provide us telephone and broadband however they refused. I am chasing them to provide connection since last 4 years but no success till date. Bsnl officer keep telling that, my village location is too far from exchange (I. E 4.5 km) and hence no connection can be provided.
Now our gram panchayat has got broad band connection, as soon as i got to know this, i approached bsnl officer again to help me in regards. However they refused to provide me new connection. My home is only 250 meter from gram panchayat office. I am nri and my parents are living in village only. I want to contact them every day, however is not possible because of above issues. Kindly help me to get at least internet connection or telephone connection. Any further details required can be provided upon request.
