I had booked tatkal tickets from irctc & payment gateway was zaakpay, due to some technical issue ticket was not booked. Payment was settled so my account was debited but few days later i check on my irctc account on refund status it was showing as refund has been made on 07-jan-18. I want my fund back to my account asap...
