Personal Loan — personal loan rate of interest issue after disbursement amount

I have taken a personal loan (Loan account number: 6507099) from hbd which was given on very high roi, my requirement was only 1, 50000 but disbursement was of 141669 inr. They have deducted insurance amount and other charges. Executive clearly told me roi is 11.5% but it was not mentioned anywhere in the print so i trusted him. I calculated myself after loan amount credited to my account and asked executive, he told roi is 27% it happens to someone and after that, i had a discussion with manager dayananda poojary but he fought with me without even giving respect to female and didn't make any changes even they know that mistake from there end. I have paid more than 6 emi of that loan and now when i want to close this loan they are charging 4.75% on the outstanding amount, however, this should not be applicable as i am closing this loan by my own fund. I can't even believe my roi 27% which is too higher than expected. This is how hbd is cheating customer without information?
