We Have Applied For Personal Loan On Date 7th Oct 2018 And Our Loan Distribution Date Is Also Same (7th Oct 2018), And At that Moment We Don’t Clicked On Insurance Tab(As Don’t Wanted Insurance ) And Still We Received Our Loan Amount After Deduction Of Insurance Amount .

As I Have Talked With Ms Afrin dated On 12th Dec 2018 (Your Customer Care Executive )She Advised To Draft Mail On This Id But After Mail Till Saturday(15th Dec ) We Don’t Received any Email From Your End For The Same Again I Called To Your Toll free Number And I Have Talked With Mr Salman (Cutomer Care Executive )And Again He Advise To Me For Drafting Mail .Since Two Month M Just Taking Follow up With Your Team For Our Refund Amount But Still We Are Not Getting any proper response from your team,

Point Is That When We Have Applied For Loan At That Moment I Have Not Click On Insurance But Still Insurance Amount Was Debited From My Loan And After I Received Amount (After Deduction Of Rs 22426) Also Same Day I Have Called To Your Customer Care Executive For Cancellation Of Insurance And As Per Your Customer Care Executive Word I Talked With Icici Lombard For Cancellation And On 14th Nov My Insurance Has Been Cancelled And I Have Received Loan Cancellation Letter At My Home But Still My Amount Is Not Refund In My Loan Account Number, I Have Talked With Icici Lam Bard As Per Them My Amount Has Been Credited In My Loan Account Number On Dated 23rd But Still We Are Not Able To Seen That In My Loan Account Number For Your Reference I Am Attaching Loan Cancellation Letter Here By This Mail,
