I have booked a car on 15/02//2020 at 01:07 pm for pick from on 15/02/2020, 000004:00 pm by my another phone number [protected] which was crashed on same day Booking id: dr[protected] Yes This booking was marked as no show. You didn't came for pick up. Your supporting staff making fool i have cancelled booking same day about 05:00 pm But sir as your pick up time was 4 pm and if you would cancel it around 5 pm then system will not process refund. Why not when i a m not availing your service? Can i proceed this case to consumer court form or you negotiate?
