I believe in IFB as a family since 1994 when you stated your product in India and still we are using some of your products without any issue. I also recommend people to opt the product.
But Sir sorry to inform you that nobody is serious in Customer Care Center in India. These people are just passing time so that warranty becomes issue to consider.
We want to brief story of your product that has few issues since beginning we also reported in there log book during installation but no turn back.I am compelled to write you cuz it seems that I'm not your valuable customer but vulnerable one.The customer care personnels neither takes our complaints seriously nor respond at time.We have reference complaint as follows-
1-Tkt no [protected] dated 31st July 2018
2- Same Tkt no [protected] again dated 1st Aug 2018
3-Again Tkt no [protected] again dated 5th Aug 2018
Then Finally on Tkt no [protected] again dt 14th Aug 2018 then attended the issue.
The product having replacement warranty till 4 year. But here your team is not serious and washing off there responsibility
They informed us that the Door sensor and Monitor circuit panel is damaged due to humidity though machine is neither install in Bathroom nor at Humid area.
They have done a very poor repair job not fixed the screw of panel &now it started making noise.
Just after installation the machine Main Motor belt was Broken with in six month which is really surprising.
Sir I am working in Middle East and really the customer care staff is so sincere there.. But here I am suffering and my decision to purchase this product is being stone in my throat..
Hope that you will take my request as your first priority & waiting for your favourable response.
