I opted for bed bug service of p.C.I and paid an amount around 3500 cash to a staff of p.C.I. Mr. Bijay(Mobile no. -[protected]). He said there will be 2 service in a gap of 15 days and that all bed bugs will be killed.On the next day one company technician came for the treatment and sprayed some liquid with water . But after 2 service to my surprise, the insects are found alive and wandering in the same area. When i complained the company of the matter, i was told that since it was a contract for 2 treatment, no follow up action will be taken and i have to pay another 3500 for further treatment. I demanded for the treatment since it was not fruitful but the company avoids. The company should satisfy the customer on the treatment for which he has paid and if the treatment fails, the amount should be returned. Hence, my complain. Was this information helpful? |
