I opted one gold seal service of P.C.I and paid an amount of 787/ vide book K1696 and contact no.79767 dated 25.04.2015 at Bhubaneswar branch. On the same day one company technician came for the treatment and sprayed some liquid with water with an assurance that all the cockroaches will be killed on that night. But to my surprise, the insects are found alive and wandering in the same area. When I complained the company of the matter, I was told that since it was single treatment, no follow up action will be taken. I demanded for the treatment since it was not fruitful but the company avoids. The company should satisfy the customer on the treatment for which he has paid and if the treatment fails, the amount should be returned. hence, my complain.
