Peter England — negligence of product service towards the customer - non returning of jacket given for alteration

With deep anguish, pointing towards the neglicence of customer service towards the clothing product that is a brown coloured jacket of size xl of not returning by the shop which was given for alteration on 11 march 2017 and invoice was also given and is attached here also. Hopefully looking for the speedy resolution of refunding the amount or returning that same jacket or replacing it with the new one.
