Peter England — Not taking return

I bought a pant from Peter England website (order number:4138413) on 8th January, 2021. I wanted to return it because of size issue as there is a no questions asked return policy for 30 days. Time is going on but no one came to pickup the return. So I raised the complaint by sending them a mail and they responded by raising a complaint ticket (CAS-140991-H2C6F1) and saying customer care will contact you. But they neither contacted me nor someone came to pickup the return. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Updated by bspin They responded by saying we will create a return but they never created it and not responding and there was never a followup. I think it is a borderline scam. Please look into this as soon as possible.
