Dear Sir, I recieved after a contact with Petrolis recruttement an offer letter as follow from PETRONAS. Is this true or cheating ?

Allowance/Benefits: Hazard: $2, 000.00 (28 days on schedule only),
Entertainment & Recreation: $1, 000.00(Monthly),
Travel & Events: $1, 500.00(Monthly),
Performance Bonuses: Up to Eleven percent of your annual net salary, paid quarterly by your choice of cheque or direct deposit.
Kindly notify us immediately should there be any changes in your job application, status, availability to take up immediate employment and to commence work, or any other factor that may affect confirmation of your employment status.
Commencement Date: March 27th, 2017. You are required to arrive a week before the commencement date in order to attend the orientation seminar.
Working Hours: 12 hours daily, overtime hours may be required for offshore employees. 28days on/28days off, full benefits will be received during the 28days off excluding hazard allowance. Work schedule for non-offshore employees is 40 hours, worked over five days, Monday through Friday, eight hours per day.
VISA: All International Applicant should note that PETRONAS Oil shall duly secure their Visa from the Home office of the Malaysia Immigration Services here in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, for every applicant coming from outside the Malaysia.
Flight Ticket: Flight ticket will be sent to you a week before your departure date. You are to provide a valid postal address where your ticket will be delivered by courier, inclusive of the Hardcopy of your Offer Letter and Certificate of Employment.
Accommodation: PETRONAS will provide accommodation for expatriate that chooses to reside in the Malaysia for the period of employment. Return ticket will be provided at the end of every 28 days on, for expatriate that chooses not to relocate to the Malaysia for the period of employment.
Reimbursement/Payment: All expenses made/incurred in relation to this employment engagement process shall be fully reimbursed by Company, such expenses include cost of obtaining Affidavit of Guarantee / Good Conduct, medical certificate and Immunization in the case of employee gets such service from a personal doctor, cost of obtaining Travel Documents/Visa Requirements. Upon completion of the employment formality and approval of your Visa/Work papers, Company will release your Reimbursement payment and your flight ticket (Business Class).
Health Care and Safety: All operations at Job location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and Gas Sector. All expatriates are entitled to free and mandatory safety courses to be delivered routinely by qualified safety and environment experts. Employees are entitled to a comprehensive Health care service for the duration of employment, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the time of employment for employee and family.
Employment Termination Entitlements: Employee is entitled to receive Employment Termination Entitlements in accordance with the provisions of the Malaysian Employment Rights Act, 1996.
Termination Notice: Employment offer will be subjected to one month notice of termination, unless termination is on grounds of serious misconduct where such termination will be with immediate effect, in accordance with the provisions of the Malaysian Employment Rights Act, 1996.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Employment Terms
I understand that I may voluntarily terminate my employment. I further understand that I will not be terminated involuntarily at will, rather it will be with cause or prior notice, at any time, regarding of documents or oral or written statements issued by the PETRONAS Oil. With this understanding, I accept the position with the terms as stated above.
Visa Information
Due to the high rise of contract break up in Malaysia, the government of Malaysia has made it mandatory that every prospective employee who wishes to work with us must first procure an Affidavit of Guarantee / Good Conduct from the Malaysian Supreme Court stating that he / she will honor the terms of contract therein till the end of its duration before the management can go ahead and secure the visa and residence /work permit of the successful applicant; This is coming as a result of high rise in the number of employee’s that decamp their duty post and end their contract without prior notice o[censored]s. Procurement of this affidavit will further highlight you have accepted to honor the contract till its expiration; this Affidavit is obtainable only at the Malaysian Supreme Court through an accredited attorney representing the applicant (Employee).
Once you obtain the Affidavit of Guarantee/ Good Conduct from the Malaysian Supreme Court, you
are required to send to the lawyer via e-mail scanned copies of the following documents which will
aid him procure your visa and residence/work permit, please note that this is after you must have
secured the affidavit of guarantee /Good Conduct:
1. Scan copy of your duly Signed Offer Letter
2. Scanned Copy of International Passport (Data Page)
3. Two Scanned Copy of Passport Photograph (Colored)
Upon receipt of the above mentioned documents from your side the immigration consultant will
secure your visa and residence/work permit here in Malaysia and will contact the Malaysia Consulate
in your country and fax all your documents to them to facilitate your visa.
Within a space of 10 working days after your papers have been faxed to the consulate, we shall notify
you on when to go the consulate office in your country for the endorsement of your international
passport, brief interview and issuing of visa.
NOTE: You are to bear the cost of processing your Affidavit of Guarantee/ Good Conduct from the
Accredited Attorney and PETRONAS Oil will duly reimburse you of all the expenses you incurred only
on sight of your valid legalization documents to show seriousness in joining the team.
