Pgimer — mental harasment

I have thalassemia. I have my blood transfusion after every 15-20 days in pgi. Doctor told me to get mri from pgi only. So it was 7th june 2017. I went for mri so it was 8am when i was there and they were like wait for 5 minutes. There was no coupon system so i didn't had food whole day thinking that naw my no. Will come but midnight at 12am i got my no. And after that they said after 3 days the report will come. I didn't had trust so i came after 14 days to collect report but they said reports are not ready doctor went to delhi and told me to come next day then i came 1 week later then there was another doctor i didn't get the report again and doctor said to come next week the doctor is on a vacation and told me to come next week so again after 3 days another doctor was there and he said we have to do a test again because there was some problem. It took 21 days to tell me that there is a problem in test. So i told him to take test and again they said to wait till evening so i said i can't wait because i have my blood transfusion so they were like we don't care so we had an arguement my brothers came so after two hour they took a test and i got a report on 14th of july 2017. I have to get this test after every 3 months but it took 1 month and 7 days to give me a report. I had to take too many holiday from my work just to get the reports. I had to travel every time from kurukshetra to chandigarh. And i don't have so much energy because i have thalassemia. And when i complained to dr. Kaushyal (Head of department) he sent me to her p. A and she did not take my complaint. And when i went to director of pgi he was not there.
