COMPLAIN : AVRAGE ELE. BILL COMING IS MORE THAN REQD.ONE'S ALL READY CHANG THE METER, NORMAL CHANGE IS CAME IN THE BILLS, BUT PROBLEM IS AS IT IS, NOT SOLVED.COMPARE TO OTHER'S MY ELE. BILL IS COMING IS TOO MUCH. I CAN NOT BARE.
I AM FULLY AVAIR, OF THE CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICAL POWER, BUT WHAT EVER THE REASON BILL'S IS COMING MORE THAN GERERAL.
REQUEST TO RE-CHECKED UP METER.IF REQD. TO INSTALLED NUMERICAL (OLD METER) INSTEAD OF DIGITAL METER.

I have applied for change of name and correct the address and mobile no in form, but only name changed the address and mobile no is remain as it was.
While I have complaint on customer care, they told me to go to the division office (which is actually 30 km away from my home) with address proof and id which also already submitted along with application.
You are requested to kindly correct the address and mobile no with reference to this massage.
