PGVCL — daily 7-8 interruption of electricity

Dear sir/madam,
I am from dist. Junagadh ta-mangrol village-shapur pin 362235
-daily electricity interrupted by 7-8 times in a day
-when i submit online complaint they say it is under maintenance which cannot be true
-feeder is under jyotigrama (24x7 electricity for village)
-if we submit complaint they hold a grudge
-if pgvcl will not handle complaint and give appropriate response we will take matter in our hands
