[Resolved]  Pharmacy — complaint against medical store

I would like to lodge complaint against medical store – " helpline pharma 18/5 main road yusuf sarai, delhi -110016

On 23rd may 2019, i purchased sealed packed packet of climax spray and i pay rs 199/- against it.
But when i open that spray packed the nob is broken from inside and i again go back at store but they denied to change it.

Don't know daily how many peoples they are fooling. I return that spray back, but they didn't provide me new one, so i request you to take necessary action and provide me new sealed packed packet of climax spray.
