PharmEasy — broken seal accu-chek glucometer

Dear sir,

I have ordered accu-check glucometer on 04-jun-2020 & paid only line, & the product delivered by pharmeasy on 05-jun-2020.

After open the wrap of "pharmeasy" found the box seal is broken & somebody tampered it as well, hence immediately i have called to the customer care that to exchange this product, because at the time of accepting the product from medicine store "i. E. Jadhav chemist - bhandup" by "pharmeasy" person should have checked but which was not done.

And, now when i have discussed customer care executive ms. Jahnavi-s, jaison_james, they said they will arrange to deliver one more same product but i have to pay for that as well. And after returning the damage product which was delivered previously if chemist will agree then only "pharmeasy" will return my money which i have paid before.

In this context when i asked as this entire issue from "pharmeasy", they said this is their policy. They will collect to faulty product within 7 days & again after 5 days refund process will initiate.

Till that time pharmeasy keep the customer money & taking benefit of the interest, again there is no assurance that customer will get the fresh product in 2nd time which again they have paid, so the rotation keeps going on continuously & customer getting harassed, where as no fault from customer side, which was also agreed by the above customer care executive.

Please try to solve this issue.
