PharmEasy — cheating by diagnostic centre

I m Fayaz Halai. I downloaded Pharmeasy app on 23 rd july.
But within 2 days i faced the worst experience when i called for my uncle's diagnostic test. My uncle name is Yunus Halai and he stays at jogeshwari west. The guy came for blood sample. He collected the sample and took the money as i had opted for cash.
Next day when i dint recd my report and called pharmeasy i was told that i had not paid. I was shocked. The consumer care executives blamed me for non payment and they trusted their guy who came for sample collection. When i countered questioned them that i had opted for cash so why your guy dint collected cash? And when he dint received cash why he took the blood sample. They had no answer for this argument.
I m very upset and angry that pharmeasy cheated me. My Uncle had appointment with his Dr next day and we had to cancel that. We expected that pharmeasy is a reliable company but now i realised that even the customer care executives are involved with the diagnostic delivery boys and centres for cheating the customers.
I will never order through pharmeasy.
