PharmEasy — not returning medicines for exchanging to another medicine due to doctor's prescription

I had ordered medicines worth about rs 3000/- in the last week of may and the delivery happened on 25th may. This order is regularly happening for about an year and just on 8th june my doctor suggested me to stop 2 medicines and suggested me to take another medicine. Hence i am requesting pharmeasy since last week to replace these with new medicines, but they are refusing to listen to my request. Medicines are not ordered for fun and when doctors prescribe we order and have the medicines. Now my doctor asking me to change, so i cannot do anything but to replace these. Even local chemist shop returns the medicines if barcode and the strip is unused. I want to replace 3 strips each of ln bloc 20 mg and janumet. Bothe these medicines barcode is intact and none of the strips are used. Please look into the matter and help me resolve this issue. These medicines are worth 1500/- and it will just be wasted.
