Dear Officer
This is very Painful to state that the Services of Phameasy are really poor, below industry standards and the organisation goals are really not customer centric. Since 14th July 2021 I ordered same medicines thrice as previous 2 ordered were asked to cancelled by your customer care people and requested to make new ordered again and again for faster delivery. So final & Latest order was made on 16th July vide Order No. M37387428 for 2 medicines, which were urgently needed for the consumption, thus made it a *Priority Order*, with extra charges, to get the medicines next day before 10am, but in vain. I personally made n-number of chats and talk over phone calls 30-40 times since 14rh July, with the customer care executives as well as the Senior Managers at the escalation desk and got the fake and baseless assurances every time, that your medicines will be delivered at the priority. Despite of the confirmation call received from Phameasy on 16th that medicines are available and will be delivered by today(16th July) EOD, but till date I am being fooled by Phameasy, and medicines are pending for dispatch even, inspite of Advance Payment made online. Everyday I am getting assurances that medicines will be delivered but in turn getting SMSs that your delivery date has been delayed and postponed to future Date. Mr. Raja, Pls note, This is the world of Best Services and customer delight, but here at Phameasy this is exactly opposite and totally unethical. Now I am forced to take this matter up in Consumer forum as well as social media platforms that how and at what level customers are being harassed by the Company claiming itself No.1 and customer oriented.
