[Resolved] PharmEasy — Pharmeasy is not refunding money on the name of policy | |
I placed the order Oct 5 2021 and expecting delivery on Oct 8 .Due to illness of my family member I was not able to track it . When I open my order on Oct 10 it was marked Delivered and I did not received my order On contacting customer care they were saying on behalf of policy we will not refund your money since you contact us after 2 days Pharmeasy can you please tell are you posting your policy on Tv ads or website or mobile home page How we know about this?? Just think some one died in some one family and they went out to join the funeral and returned back and contact you after 2 days around this problem. you will say you will not help because you contact us after two days Just talk logically, your customer care just fading your image with your customer Please take immediate action on my Order My Order id is : Order No: M42940732 Email Id : [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 16, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you for your quick followup, today Pharmeasy send his delivery boy and he informed me that he delivered the order on wrong address and mark it delivered
Delivery boy is new in this area and accept his mistake .He was very kind and returned my order which contained all my required items
My problem is resolved
Thanks to this forum and pharmeasy for your quick action
Small request to pharmeasy please guide your customer care people before denying for anything in terms of policy they should rethink
Every problem have solution and can be solved if they can try from their end PharmEasy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
