PharmEasy — regarding order no. m8551036

I had requested one prescription for my uncle on 23rd of april from pharmeasy. It was guaranteed to be conveyed on 27th of april however it didn't get conveyed.

Subsequent to calling to the client care, they apologised and promised next 48 hours for the drug conveyance yet it never got conveyed.

At that point i talked with the senior official (With mr. Sai prasar), on the other hand he also apologised and gave me another 48 hours for the delivery. After that i got a call from the courier fellow requesting that i take the prescription from their office.

They denied to deliver to the delivery address.

Once more, i called your customer care for grievance, they again requested conciliatory sentiments and disclosed to me that they will credit rs 50 to wallet as a statement of regret cost.

Is this the proper way to manage the clients?

Drug is very necessary for a patient and you all are making counterfeit guarantees. Imagine a scenario where the patient will die in absence ofmedicine. Who will held responsible for it?

It would be exceptionally obvious on the off chance that you don't make counterfeit guarantees to your clients. You are managing medicines, by what means can be you folks such unreliable?
