I have registered following complaint with grievance officer:
i have ordered following two health packages for my mother smt NEELAM MITTAL aged 62 yrs:
1) WOMEN'S ADVANCED HEALTHCARE PACKAGE
2) CARDIAC RISK MARKERS
total amounting to Rs 2499 /- after discount...but not full reports received...your pharmeasy executive demanded resample for further reports...
FIRST i had very difficulty in convincing my mother for first sample itself, she is not ready for resample
SECONDLY your lab technician ### multiple times for first sample itself causing lots of discomfort and pain.
THIRDLY it causes significant injury at injection sites for which we paid Rs 300/- for consultation with doctor.
FOURTHLY she refuses for further sampling in future because of the trauma she suffered...
FIFTH she says that lab technician didnt open wrapper of needle used in front of her..arising suspicion o[censored]sed needle being reused again.
SIXTH--- WE HAVE TO GET HIV WESTERN BLOT TEST TO BE DONE AFTER 5 DAYS from different lab to be sure on safe side(COSTING AROUND 4000/- ON YOUR SITE)
i am attaching photograph of injection sites and other relevant documents...
i want refund and appropriate compensation for this...understand and issue apt compensation...she will not give sample again and please assure us that this will not happen again
