Sir my name is sadhna bhardwaj i took fed water connection 2 years ago, Since then there is no water in the connection.Water has started coming in connection since last 15-20 days but today I received water bill.In which the bill amount is 1860 rupees and the earlier 1700 is mentioned.I have not received any bill before today because till date no water has come.But today I received a bill of Rs 1860.please sir help me.
