Phed, Rajasthan — Online bill paid but still showing unpaid with late fees

I paid my bill on 12 July 2021 but now on from 28 July 2021 it showing to unpaid with late fees charges.
I made my payment through Google pay with upi transaction ID[protected].
And payment is also showing on rajasthan water transaction history with transaction ID[protected] and receipt no. [protected].
Kindly look into this for updates of bill paid .
