I have paid reg fees 4, 000 for manual form filling job. But you send me agreement on 11th september and then i didn't receive my courier. So you mentioned it is an courier side issue.

So as it is around 20 days delay i want to cancel the agreement and seeking for refund of my reg fees. I already called you and you agreed to refund of reg fees.

So you promised to give refund of my reg fees. So can you kindly process my refund as soon as possible.
