Phenomenal Health Care Services Limited — not received maturity amount after completion of 10 yrs

We have taken health insurance policy in 2006 and regularly paid all 20 premiums of 350 Rs. on time. Total we paid 7000 Rs. and as per policy after completion of 9 yrs we will be getting the double amount I. e. 14000. But we didn't get any amount till now. As per policy double amount should have been disbursed, but still waiting . Requesting here to please look and help me to get money .
