Wrt to my complaint no-sup001/434607 regarding starting problem in the sound bar htb 5151k/51. Invoice date-03.10.2014 amount ₹ 34990.00

The technician visited to attend the complaint on 23rd of sep-17 as the problem was not resolved and spoke to philips service manager about the issue and it was confirmed that the model is discontinued and the spares are not available. However for this kind of issue there is a system called matrix exchange, but as of now not getting any response in spite of couple of mails.

Hope by now you must have in receipt of some response.
The reason for hurry is, i am celebrating daughters birthday on 5th of oct-2017 and i require the sound system. Hence request you to do the needful and sort out the issue prior to the celebration.
