Philips India — Arrogant and ill mannered behaviour of service centre person in Amritsar | |||
I am a big fan of Philips Appliances and have purchased more than twenty home appliances of Philips. Recently for the first time I visited the service centre in Hall Bazar Amritsar to purchase Jars for my old mixer since the handles and lids of the old mixer jars were broken. The turbaned person who refused to disclose his name, treated me and my wife in very arrogant and ill mannered way. Instead of providing genuine parts he was suggesting us some "Juggards". That person is spoiling the reputation of your company and must be warned regarding the same. Any way I purchased new jars of that model instead of getting these repaired by some "Juggards" After this incident I am reconsidering my loyalty towards the Philips brand. If the customer is not getting a satisfactory after sale service, the customer will be reluctant to purchase any new product of the brand and will also refrain from recommending to his/her friends.
