I have purchased a Philips Viva Collection HD[protected]Watt Induction Cooktop (Black) at 18th Nov 2016, i use only one day and next day is defective. I have complaint to customer care but don't give me any support to given address. He said that you will be go to philips agency.I am not satisfy with philips and amazon if you give home service than why you don't give home service ?...
i have raised compliant so many times but not povide proper service.. my service request showing closed status but i hv not used service..please take action i[censored] will not provide proper response. than i will take action against your company..
