with reference to Complaint Number:[protected] till now problem not resolved
kindly replace the TV immediately without further dealy or else we will complaint in consumer court

your tachnicition come on 18/02/22 evening, TV restarts and go away but not resolved problem

I have purchased Philips 7600 Series 50 inch LED smart TV on Flipkart on 17th of October 2021. The installation has been duly carried out on 21st October 2021. The picture tube and the picture clarity have been performing poorly creating lot of snag increasingly. Kindly address this issue as the TV is still covered under warranty period and the damage is not caused by any external factors. Kindly note the below details for further reference.and TAX invoice copy as enclosed
