[Resolved] Philips India — false commitment for air purifier | |||
Bought philips air purifier ac2887 from hari om electronics. They sold it with the verbal guarantee that the filter will last atleast 1 year if not more. This being the selling point of the purifier. Used it for a week and it stopped working. After talking to the customer service, the head says they dont take guarantee for the air filter. What use is their 1 year guarantee if they dont change the filter when it doesn't work? We believe they have sold us a used product, otherwise the purifier does not work at all.
