Philips India — fault in led tv not recified for over 3 weeks | |||
This is bring to the your notice that my philips led 39 inch tv went for repairing on 12th march to one of the authorized philips service center. The technician specified that it will take around 4-5 days to rectify the fault, however it has already been over 3 weeks now that i have not received the led tv back. After constant follow-up, the only thing that i get to hear is the faulty part has not arrived to their service center. Post several calls to the service station i got the number of the si (Mob. # [protected]), but eventually the person till this date has never picked up my call. I have always heard good about the quality of support that philips service center, but my experience is absolutely opposite.
