I received reply from your company by way of email on 27th November 2018 at 14.20 hours, calling upon me to produce my bank details and a crossed blank cheque with a view of deposit the refund amount directly in my bank account. I have submitted all these required documents on 04th December 2018 and sent you mail informing you about my submission of documents. (Refer to the print out of emails)
Thereafter I am in receipt of your email on 06th December 2018 at 17.41 hrs, wherein I am assured by your company that Refund is under process and it will be complete within 10 days. But although the given time has elapsed and till today no action is taken by your company for refund of entire purchase amount of the said TV Set. NO one Reply on email
