Philips India — headphone not been replaced, request placed on 5 june 2018 | |||
This is to inform you that i have submitted a replacement replacement request of philips headphone model no shl4405bl100 at aman elctronics philips authorised service centre noida sector 10 up on 5th june 2018. They had assured me that replacement will be done in 2 weeks but now its one month past and no action has been taken regarding this and they want an extra 15 days to replace the product.
