Philips India — led part | |||
Hello team, my complaint no is (Tha[protected]), the relevant repair person visited my residence on 12th july 2018, as he said that the part would be available in 15 days. But still the part is not yet delivered to the repair service center, this is total unprofessional behavior as the service center people say it will take more 10 days, why is this happening kindly let me know. And again if anyone buy a new product it is delivered in 1 day time whatever the situation is, whatever the model is, then why the delay in a part to replaced of a product. I will let you kindly do the needful asap or i want the whole set to replaced. I can't wait for more time unnecessarily & also i would complain to consumer court. Please do the needful asap.
