Iam registering this compliant because we face bad support from the dealer side. We buy led tv on 5-9-2015 at price 30, 000/_.. That was on onam festival time. The executive told my father and sister that there is extended warranty for that item. My father and sister don't have any idea about the product or how to check these warranty and all. He told additional three years warranty they included it in extended warranty in their system. My father trust this guy and buy the product bcz they thought it was some system process that they are included in the scheme. When our tv got complaint they telling your warranty of three years finished two months before. They tell complaint is for panel to replace need 18000/-rs. This is sort of verbal cheating. Issue: Need new remote because my old remote is broken.
Also LED backside keypad not work properly.
