Philips India — led tv 40pfl5059/v7 stopped working under warranty but no service provided.

Hello,

I have brought the 40pfl5059/v7 led tv from bismi enterprises calicut, kerala on 3rd sep 2017 with 5 year warranty cover.

Tv display stopped working 24th may 2019. I have complained to service center and a person called after few days. He is saying that the philips india stopped their service and they cannot cover my warranty.

Could you please help on this issue or help to guide for the further procedures on this.
