My complaint number is ban[protected]. The complaint was registered on 04.07.3018. Till now it is not resolved. Whenever i am speaking to customer care number[protected] they give number of mr murali krishan - [protected] & mr ramesh - [protected], mr abhishek - [protected]. These people never pick my calls. Yesterday mr murali krishan pick my call and told he had left the job. Murali krishan is the person who had sent mr raju - ph no [protected] to my house on 08.07.2018. Mr raju collected rs 1300 also from my house on 08.07.2018. Yesterday mr murali krishan told me mr raju has also left the job. I am passing through metal trauma. I have also sent one email at [protected]@pemail.in till now i am not getting any solution. By considering philips brand i have purchased the tv. Now i am totally fed up with philips brand. At least people have to attend my calls. I expect company will take serious action against the person who are damaging image of philips. Was this information helpful? | |
