During the warranty period, certains defects had developed in the set and the same was reported through csc vide docket no. Coco[protected]. Philips authorised workshop repaired/replaced the parts about four times. Even after the same, they could not identified the error. Finally on 5-1-2018 they took the set to their service station. On enquiry, they are waiting companys clearance for the next step. Please interefere and do the needful. I am very depressed with the service and no responsible official from the esteemed company after reporting my complaint from july 2017 onwards. This may be verfied with the concerned and ascertained the veracity of the case. Please give necessary directives to the service centre to replace the set since we enjoyed the performance of the tv only very little days. Was this information helpful? | |||||
