Philips India — New 32" Android TV purchased has manufacturing defect

Customer complaint no[protected] dated 25/03/2022 regarding New purchased 32" Android TV has panel burning issue has not resolved till date. TV technician of Soham Services( Authorised Service Centre of Philips India) has visited two times and assured about replacement of TV within a week time but no further action till date.
