I submitted my boom box 1 year ago for service. Till now i did not received return, i went to service station several times and returned with nothing. No proper answer. No help from even helpline. They told that they will help, till now no use. Today suddenly i got a message that they solved the issue.
Fraudulent i think. My job number[protected].
