Philips India — philips led 39pfl3559/07a9,dust on led tv panel | |||
Dear sir/mam, I had purchased the philips led 39pfl3559/07a9 s. No.[protected] in june 2015 having 3 yrs of warranty. After 10 months i registered a complaint regarding black spots on the led and asked the service center to replace the led panel. On 30 may 2016 i got the service done (They clean the dust as it was the reason for the black spots) with the surety that the same problem will not repeat in the future and if it repeats with any of the reason the panel will be changed in future. Now the problem is repeated and again there are black spots on the led. Regarding the same i register the complaint on 11 oct 2017. After many follow-ups and calls the local service provider from amroha, name - mr. Ashok & mr. Devendra singh siddhu & phone no.:- [protected] &[protected] respectively, agreed to change the panel. On 1st nov 2017 mr. Gajram brought an old panel of sansui as the replacement but as the model was different, it doesn’t fix in the philips led. They took back the sansui panel with them with the promise to bring the new led panel soon as the solution. It has been more than two months now, the local service provider mr. Ashok & mr. Devendra singh siddhu is not taking our phone, and after so many follow-ups finally i was able to contact them, but now they are saying that company will not be able to replace the led panel and "agar aapko karani h to dust clean kara lijiye" (If you want than we can clean the dust only) in addition to that they are providing the free advise that we should hang the led in some other room "jahan dust na ati ho" as if we have hanged the led on road. Again i got a call from mr. Shekhar (As told by him but on true caller it is displaying as vipin, videocon delhi), ph. No.:- [protected], on 09 dec 2017 and he is saying the same thing as above and in addition saying that it is a minor problem and we are making it a big issue. Let me tell you philips company that we have invested our hard earned money in the product with high hopes and now we are getting such a horrible response. After all this it is very disappointed from the philips brand and their horrible service which they are providing to their customer and entertaining such useless employees in the company. With such a careless response i will definitely never purchase any philips product in future neither will suggest to anyone to buy the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
