We have lodged complaint with respect to our television with specification mentioned above on 24th dec-2017. And the tv is under 5 years of warrenty. Even after 2 months no reply from vendor and we are taking continuous followup. It is totally frustrating and worst experience ever. We have purchased tv from vijay sales thane. We were not expecting this from philips which is such a renowned brand. I am forced to logde complain against company as i am totally frustrated.

We have almost 9 to 10 peoples contact number which are working with Philips service center but from last 2months nobady responded ...me and my family totally frustrated due to this...
