I submitted my complaint about my LED TV.Engineer came to us on 29/06/2018 and charged Rs944 and recipt with complaint no.-[protected]. which was ok.But its been more then 2 weeks there is no respose coming from company.and when we call CUSTOMER CARE they just say we need to wait till tomorrow.Every day we call the they say the same [censored]ing dialogue.and we r getting irritated due to this.i think the last option is to file a complaint against company in consumor court.during the time of selling their TV company says that the service is awesome [censored] this and [censored]ing that.But the service of the company is just [censored].much slover then a turtel.We are realy so irritated by this company "philips".will never buy a single pin from philips.hate this company.felling regret after buying LED tv from philips.
