Philips India — philips smart tv 39pfl6570/va18 / board issue | |||
I have brought a philips smart tv last year april 10 from bismi home appliances kollam and it's been now almost 11 months, i have got a 1 year warranty card from philips, ie: till april 9 2018, but the tv is not working from 15th of march this year and a technician from philips visited here and said the board got shorted and smoked and it will cost around inr 4000, i asked about the warranty and they said for the board's philips are not providing any warranty. I don't know why this has to bear by the customer, because of the poor quality of your tv, there was no lightning, voltage variations and nothing evan i connected the tv to a stabilizer also. Iam not at all confident to pay the said amount, because you are not providing any warranty to the board, it may got damage tomorrow also, Please get me a proper solution for this and i don't want to pay a penny which is not my fault but the poor quality of the product.
